  We had a terrible experience with the hotel and its management. We booked a 3-night stay, and even asked the manager to send us photos beforehand. However, they only provided pictures of the king-size rooms in response to all inquiries. We paid a 30% advance payment upon booking. Upon arrival, we found the hotel located on a very narrow road, and the actual rooms were much smaller and different from the photos sent by the manager. During check-in, they insisted on payment for all three days before allowing us to check in. Despite being a group of 17, including children, the rooms were uncomfortably small. Additionally, the swimming pool didn't meet our expectations. We expressed willingness to adjust for one day, but they refused and demanded full payment. Even when we tried to contact the manager, she didn't answer our calls. The hotel's management was uncooperative and unhelpful throughout, making our experience disappointing. We strongly advise against choosing Arabian Sea Beach Resort. The property and management were both very disappointing, and they even refused to refund our advance payment.
