  HI customer care? Manager I must say I spend my lifetime worst night in your hotel. A fantastic experience of complete unprofessional way of dealing customers. I unfortunately booked a room in your “Kyriad Pimpari” facility from 5th to 7th of July 2022. I checked out within one day on 6th grudgingly because of total worst service and no cooperation from hotel staff . As I was allotted a room number 1118 this room is a “Hell” having all kind of trouble, I hope it is made to generate unhappy customers like me. 1. AC with lot of noise like railway fan also in damaged conditions with some red tapes to hold the outer body parts. No colling at all generates only suffocation. I tried every way to stop this noise and generate some cool air so that I can slip few hours but failed to do so. See the snaps. 2. In the morning no Hot water available neither in shower nor in basin, infect no water in tab. When asked maintenance guy is saying some knob was closed. Don’t know which knob he talk about I could not find any such knob. See the fully open tabs but no water drop. Super class five start Air condition. No water In tabs and Jet. 3. Exhaust Fan in washroom was generating sound like big genset is installed in washroom. 4. The intercom was also not working, so that I can call room service. Even there were no instruction or information book available so that with the help of that I can make call. 5. last but most irritating part while using the toilet Jet is also not working. Somehow, I managed by taking shower and cleaning with paper for which I am not use to it. I requested on reception to change my room he assured me by evening I will do something. When I arrived completely exhausted in the evening answer was simple sorry, we do not have any room vacant. Shamelessly reception person is asking me why you don’t call us we would have taken care how he only knows. With full of exasperation while leaving, even reception guy not even tried to call any senior if you are not interested you can go kind of reaction. He charged full amount saying otherwise we will not allow you to go. In normal circumstances if I am not in a official role I would have not paid anything and simply go but as a respectable company’s official I don’t act my natural way. I am astonished this kind of service because this was not my first stay almost each one of hotel staff member must be knowing us because many time me and my colleagues use to stay in this facility since last two years. I must say here after we all have decided to completely black list this hotel and I will share this experience to all such potential customers and try not to stay in this hotel. Please record this experience in your experience book with “0” rating in all segments. A worst, customer-care, and third-class hospitality. You have generated a devastated and totally unhappy customer who will certainly spoil other many customers as well. If you all are true professional, you should not ignore this and should apologize and try to compensate as a damage control. I would ask if you were giving so much of trouble why you allot such room, you could have said we are sold out. I would have managed somewhere else. How can you charge 3500/-Rs for a sleepless night, without water in toilet and no Hot water for bath? Now adays in govt. “Sulabh shouchalay” these things are available in few rupees so my rating to your “The Kyriad Hotel “is lower than that. To culminate this, my question to you why I should not go to consumer forum for this paid irritation generated by your hotel without my Fault? Expecting some reply at the earliest. Dear Anil San Ensure not a single booking from our side to this hotel. It is better to stay in any guest house rather than staying in such unprofessional hotel. With No Regards An unhappy customer.
